Quality cleaning and restoration came out the same day we called about our basement flood. Alex and his assistant were on time and very knowledgeable. They worked quickly to pull up flooring, make cuts to drywall and remove soggy insulation. Anti Microbial was put down and fans were set up. They answered all our questions and concerns. Very reasonable price and great people!!

I can't say enough positive things about the crew that showed up at my home this morning. My basement had flooded from a sump pump that decided to take some time off. I called last night and Quality Restorations were here first thing this morning. They were all well qualified, professional, personable and caring. Honestly, this experience while causing me anxiety.....ended up "Restoring" my faith in the kindness of people. I would like to most especially recognize Alex, Sergiy, and Artem. Quality responded to my call immediately and were on site within a 1/2 hour! Plan in place, testing the site and completing the job in record speed! Alek was amazing explained everything in detail and maintained open communication throughout the process! Definitely the best!

These are some of the best guys I’ve worked with in the contracting business. Super fast super careful truly Quality work. Would hire again in a heartbeat. We had a pipe burst after coming back from vacation with my entire shop getting flooded. We called them and they were literally there within an hour or so and were able to address the damage and set up dryers that day. They were also fantastic in the restoration of the area, putting in fresh drywall trim, and a new floor in very little time. They also did a great job, pulling out all of the equipment and material from the shop which was super packed to the brim. They packaged it and put it in a rented container in an extremely careful and organized fashion. And more than there to help me, move the stuff back into the shop after the renovations were done.

Quality Restoration was great to work with when an interior water main broke at our YMCA. They were onsite 15 minutes after I placed the call and they started calling in their crews immediately. Staff was very friendly. We were on a short deadline to get everything back up and running (before children would be back in the space) and they made it happen! I would recommend them…and I would call upon them again.

These guys are totally amazing! They were hired to paint my building in Shelburne Falls. Instead of just putting paint on, they ended up replacing broken siding and woodwork throughout the building and even found and fixed problems that I didn't know about. We thought it would take about a month to do the whole job and they were done in a little over two weeks! I can't say enough good things about this company.

I want to express my deepest thanks to Quality Cleaning & Restoration. Remember that crazy rain storm we had? You can imagine how stressed I was when my bathroom fixture leaked the day before I was to leave town for the Christmas holiday! We called a few companies to no avail until these guys came. Alex (if the name is wrong I apologize- I was juggling a lot in the last minute) was so friendly and was able to work with me through my concerns while getting the water to dry up. As was promised, a seal was repaired enough to get me through the week and my ceiling dried out so no mold would take hold. I cannot thank you guys enough!

I discovered my basement was flooded on Saturday morning. I was desperately searching for a company to pump out the water and found Quality Cleaning & Restoration in nearby Greenfield. I spoke to Vlad who said a crew would arrive around noon! They immediately went to work pumping out the water and came back with drying equipment. I was so thankful that either Vlad or Dustin answered my calls, the crew members were professional and worked in a timely manner. I had a pipe burst in my home and flooded my basement. I have never had this happen and I’ve only been a homeowner for five years and pure panic and not knowing what to do. I called quality restoration. They arrived at my home within an hour, cleaned up all the water and walked me through the entire process so I understood what would happen. They have wonderful customer service. They did an awesome job in my home. They were very clean about it very organized about it and very pleasant to work with. I appreciate everything they did for me and my home!! in a time like that it matters who you work with. They will either make the situation worse or better, and they absolutely made it less stressful for me!

They took care of the mold at my house, I was so stressed out thinking it was not fixable but they took care of everything! The guys made it cleaner than before we found the mold!! My house smells great and no more traces of it anywhere. They were so responsive too.
