Quality Cleaning & Restoration, also known as Quality Restoration, is a privately owned and operated damage/disaster restoration company serving Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Upstate New York. We specialize in providing high-quality restoration services for both commercial and residential properties, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and storm damage restoration. Alex came out the same day and was fantastic—honest, helpful, and incredibly generous with his time. He carefully inspected the basement, walked the property with us, and helped us understand both the immediate issue and some long-term concerns to keep an eye on.

Although we ultimately decided to handle the cleanup ourselves, we really appreciated how professional and kind Alex was throughout the process. He even loaned us a high-quality wet vac to help with the cleanup, which made a huge difference. That kind of support—without pressure to commit to their services—spoke volumes about their integrity.

Alex and his assistant were on time and very knowledgeable. They worked quickly to pull up flooring, make cuts to drywall and remove soggy insulation. Anti Microbial was put down and fans were set up. They answered all our questions and concerns. Very reasonable price and great people!!

My basement had flooded from a sump pump that decided to take some time off.   I called last night and Quality Restorations were here first thing this morning.   They were all well qualified, professional, personable and caring.  Honestly, this experience while causing me anxiety.....ended up "Restoring" my faith in the kindness of people.   I would like to most especially recognize Alex, Sergiy, and Artem.   Thank you so much for everything!!

Plan in place, testing the site and completing the job in record speed! Alek was amazing explained everything in detail and maintained open communication throughout the process! Would hire again in a heartbeat. We had a pipe burst after coming back from vacation with my entire shop getting flooded. We called them and they were literally there within an hour or so and were able to address the damage and set up dryers that day.  They were also fantastic in the restoration of the area, putting in fresh drywall trim, and a new floor in very little time.  They also did a great job, pulling out all of the equipment and material from the shop which was super packed to the brim.  They packaged it and put it in a rented container in an extremely careful and organized fashion.  And more than there to help me, move the stuff back into the shop after the renovations were done.
