Last month our basement flooded and we called Quality Restoration. Alex came out the same day and was fantastic—honest, helpful, and incredibly generous with his time. He carefully inspected the basement, walked the property with us, and helped us understand both the immediate issue and some long-term concerns to keep an eye on. Although we ultimately decided to handle the cleanup ourselves, we really appreciated how professional and kind Alex was throughout the process. He even loaned us a high-quality wet vac to help with the cleanup, which made a huge difference. That kind of support—without pressure to commit to their services—spoke volumes about their integrity. Quality cleaning and restoration came out the same day we called about our basement flood. Alex and his assistant were on time and very knowledgeable. They worked quickly to pull up flooring, make cuts to drywall and remove soggy insulation. Anti Microbial was put down and fans were set up. They answered all our questions and concerns. I can't say enough positive things about the crew that showed up at my home this morning.  My basement had flooded from a sump pump that decided to take some time off.   I called last night and Quality Restorations were here first thing this morning.   They were all well qualified, professional, personable and caring.  Honestly, this experience while causing me anxiety.....ended up "Restoring" my faith in the kindness of people.   I would like to most especially recognize Alex, Sergiy, and Artem. These are some of the best guys I’ve worked with in the contracting business. Super fast super careful truly Quality work.  Would hire again in a heartbeat. We had a pipe burst after coming back from vacation with my entire shop getting flooded. We called them and they were literally there within an hour or so and were able to address the damage and set up dryers that day.  They were also fantastic in the restoration of the area, putting in fresh drywall trim, and a new floor in very little time.  They also did a great job, pulling out all of the equipment and material from the shop which was super packed to the brim.  They packaged it and put it in a rented container in an extremely careful and organized fashion.
